بعد اجتياز الفحص الأولي، تُستحق رسوم معالجة أولية غير قابلة للاسترداد قدرها 40$ تغطي: فحص الاستلال عبر نظام iThenticate المعتمد، وتجهيز ملف البحث للتعمية المزدوجة. هذه رسوم خدمة مستقلة بالكامل عن رسوم النشر (APC) ولا تُخصم منها لاحقاً، وتُدار عبر وحدة إدارية مستقلة تماماً عن هيئة التحرير والمحكمين، ولا تؤثر بأي شكل على القرار العلمي النهائي، وفقاً لممارسات لجنة أخلاقيات النشر (COPE Core Practices) التي تفصل الجانب المالي عن الجانب التحريري.

التحكيم العلمي المزدوج الأعمى
يُحال البحث بسرية تامة إلى محكمين متخصصين دون اطلاعهم على حالة السداد. يركز التقييم حصرياً على الأصالة، المنهجية، جودة النتائج، والإضافة العلمية، ضمن مدة تقديرية تتراوح بين 6 و8 أسابيع للمسار القياسي.

رسوم معالجة المقال (APC) — بعد القبول النهائي فقط
لا تُستحق الرسوم النهائية إلا بعد صدور قرار القبول العلمي، وهي رسوم كاملة ومستقلة عن رسوم المعالجة الأولية السابقة. تشمل: الإخراج الفني، إسناد DOI، النشر بالوصول المفتوح، وإصدار شهادة القبول. تتوفر سياسة إعفاء كلي أو جزئي للباحثين غير المموّلين وطلبة الدراسات العليا والباحثين في مناطق النزاع، عبر waivers@ajsrp.com، دون إشعار هيئة التحرير بحالة الطلب.
شروط النشر في المؤسسة العربية للعلوم ونشر الأبحاث
معايير صارمة لضمان جودة ونزاهة البحث العلمي
لضمان أعلى مستويات الجودة والنزاهة الأكاديمية، يجب على الباحث الالتزام بالشروط التالية. هذه الشروط ليست إجراءات شكلية فقط، بل هي أساس عملية التحكيم والنشر في مجلاتنا.
1. الأصالة والنزاهة العلمية
- يجب أن يكون البحث أصيلاً وغير منشور سابقًا، ولم يُقدَّم إلى جهة أخرى في الوقت نفسه.
- يخضع البحث لفحص نسبة الاقتباس (iThenticate) قبل بدء التحكيم.
2. المنهجية والجودة العلمية
- الالتزام بالهيكل العلمي المتعارف عليه (مقدمة، مشكلة البحث، منهجية، نتائج، مناقشة، توصيات، مراجع).
- يجب أن يقدم البحث إضافة علمية واضحة وأن يكون قابلاً للتحكيم العلمي الرصين.
3. اللغة والتنسيق
- كتابة البحث بلغة سليمة (عربية أو إنجليزية) مع الالتزام التام بدليل التنسيق الرسمي للمجلة.
- يُفضل استخدام القوالب الرسمية المرفقة أعلاه لتجنب رفض البحث لأسباب شكلية.
4. التقديم والمتابعة
- إرسال البحث بصيغة Word فقط عبر النموذج الإلكتروني أو البريد الرسمي.
- يلتزم الباحث بإجراء التعديلات المطلوبة خلال المدة المحددة وإبراز مواضع التعديل.
ملاحظة هامة: القبول لا يعتمد فقط على سلامة الشكل والتنسيق، بل على جودة الفكرة، وأصالة المحتوى، وصلابة المنهجية، وقدرة البحث على اجتياز التحكيم العلمي الدقيق. كثير من الأبحاث تُرفض رغم تنسيقها الممتاز بسبب ضعفها المنهجي أو تكرار موضوعها.
حقوق الباحث والشفافية وفق معايير COPE: يحق لكم سحب بحثكم في أي وقت دون إبداء أسباب (مجاناً قبل بدء الإجراءات)، والاطلاع على تقارير المحكمين كاملة والرد عليها، وتقديم تظلم أو استئناف على أي قرار عبر appeals@ajsrp.com يُبتّ فيه خلال 10 أيام عمل. لا يؤثر أي عامل مالي على القرار التحريري، ولا يُشترى القبول بأي شكل من الأشكال.

Once the manuscript passes the initial screening, a non-refundable initial processing fee of $40 becomes due. It covers: plagiarism screening via the approved iThenticate system, and preparation of the manuscript file for double-blind review. This is a service fee that is entirely independent of the Article Processing Charge (APC) and is never deducted from it later. It is administered by a unit that is completely separate from the editorial board and reviewers, and it has no influence whatsoever on the final scientific decision, in line with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE Core Practices), which requires a strict separation between financial and editorial matters.

Double-Blind Peer Review
The manuscript is sent, in full confidentiality, to specialized reviewers who have no knowledge of the payment status. Evaluation focuses exclusively on originality, methodology, quality of results, and scientific contribution, within an estimated timeframe of 6 to 8 weeks for the standard track.

Article Processing Charge (APC) — Due Only After Final Acceptance
The final fee is due only after a scientific acceptance decision is issued, and it is a full charge entirely independent of the previously paid initial processing fee. It covers: typesetting, DOI assignment, open-access publication, and issuance of the acceptance certificate. Full or partial fee waivers are available for unfunded researchers, graduate students, and researchers in conflict-affected regions, via waivers@ajsrp.com, without notifying the editorial board of the application's status.

To ensure the highest standards of quality and academic integrity, researchers must comply with the following conditions. These are not merely formal procedures — they form the basis of the peer-review and publication process at our journals.
1. Originality and Scientific Integrity
- The manuscript must be original and not previously published, and must not be submitted to another outlet simultaneously.
- The manuscript undergoes a similarity check (iThenticate) before peer review begins.
2. Methodology and Scientific Quality
- Compliance with the standard scientific structure (introduction, research problem, methodology, results, discussion, recommendations, references).
- The manuscript must offer a clear scientific contribution and be suitable for rigorous scholarly review.
3. Language and Formatting
- The manuscript must be written in correct language (Arabic or English), with full adherence to the journal's official formatting guide.
- Using the official templates provided above is strongly recommended to avoid rejection for formal reasons.
4. Submission and Follow-Up
- The manuscript must be sent in Word format only, via the online form or official email.
- The researcher must implement requested revisions within the specified period and clearly highlight the changes made.
Important note: Acceptance does not depend solely on formal and formatting compliance, but on the quality of the idea, originality of the content, methodological rigor, and the manuscript's ability to withstand rigorous peer review. Many manuscripts are rejected despite excellent formatting due to methodological weaknesses or topic repetition.
Researcher rights and transparency under COPE standards: You have the right to withdraw your manuscript at any time without giving reasons (free of charge before processing begins), to view the full reviewer reports and respond to them, and to file an appeal against any decision via appeals@ajsrp.com, which will be resolved within 10 business days. No financial factor influences the editorial decision, and acceptance can never be purchased in any form.
