وفقاً لسياسة الرسوم المنشورة على الموقع الرسمي للمؤسسة، والسارية على جميع الأبحاث المقدَّمة للمجلة دون استثناء، تُطبَّق رسوم معالجة أولية غير قابلة للاسترداد قدرها
40 دولاراً أمريكياً
على الأبحاث التي تجتاز مرحلة المراجعة التحريرية الأولية (Desk Review). تُخصَّص هذه الرسوم لتغطية التكاليف التشغيلية والإدارية المباشرة التي تسبق التحكيم، وتشمل فحص الأصالة والاستلال عبر نظام iThenticate المعتمد، وتجهيز ملف البحث للتعمية المزدوجة. تُخصم هذه الرسوم بالكامل لاحقاً من رسوم النشر النهائية (APC) التي لا تُستحق إلا بعد صدور قرار القبول النهائي.

الالتزام بمعايير COPE واستقلالية القرار التحريري:
- هذه الرسوم لا تمثل بأي حال من الأحوال ضماناً لقبول البحث، ولا تؤثر على معايير التقييم العلمي.
- تُدار جميع المعاملات المالية عبر الوحدة الإدارية المستقلة، ولا يطّلع المحكمون أو أعضاء هيئة التحرير على حالة السداد أثناء عملية التقييم.
- لا يُشترى القبول بأي شكل من الأشكال، وتُتخذ القرارات التحريرية باستقلالية تامة عن أي عامل مالي، وفقاً لممارسات لجنة أخلاقيات النشر (COPE Core Practices).

In accordance with the journal's published fee policy, applicable to all manuscripts submitted to the journal without exception, a non-refundable initial processing fee of USD 40.00 applies to manuscripts that pass the initial editorial desk review. This fee covers the direct operational and administrative costs preceding peer review, including originality/plagiarism screening via the approved iThenticate system and preparation of the double-blind review file. The full amount is later deducted from the final Article Processing Charge (APC), which is due only after a final acceptance decision is issued.

Compliance with COPE and Editorial Independence:
- This fee does not, under any circumstances, guarantee acceptance of the manuscript, nor does it affect the scientific evaluation criteria.
- All financial transactions are handled by an independent administrative unit; reviewers and editorial board members have no access to payment status during the evaluation process.
- Acceptance can never be purchased. Editorial decisions are made with complete independence from any financial factor, in line with COPE Core Practices.
